But I think if you take two people, one sugar free and the other juicing wit the same lifting experence, and put them on the same diet and lifting program, the juicer is going to blow the natural out of the water. i dont need help on how to work out at all if you read into things i stated that i train for fighting, i have a trainer i dont need any assistance especially from u. and i had weight gain when i was on them but didnt FEEL healthy so i stopped. and when i stopped i couldnt lift what i did when i was doing them! now i am up and beyond the weights i was lifting before. but i dont go to get huge i go to condition myself for stunting and fighting(way differant) but thats what i do

I agree with most everything you said. But the eating well and getting bigger thing isn't always true. I eat a lot of protein, and I'm at a point where I'm stuck. That's where steroids come in. Do you think that any of the guys in the Olympia are natural? Not a chance..
