wow! 9 pages! i didnt think this would be such a hit. thats awesome.
just trying to get ready for the summer pheonix.
i need to lose like 15 lbs and i should be good to go.
also, i'm tired of my arms giving out on me after my 150th wheelie for the day.

ive decided to start working out, we have a gym at work so im gonna start today... i worked on circles for an hour on saterday and i as so dead yesterday, my back is still tired now

in the gym 8 times a week right now, 5days cardio am lift in the pm 3 days a week, 5ft6 205lbs 15%bf
as far as what exersices make you a better rider? i dont know lol all the good stunters seem to be kinda lanky to me

I try to work out regularly, but laziness usually wins....

actually its best to do dynamic stretches before any running/sports... like jumping jacks. and static stretching in the morning/night. the best way to loose a little weight and build endurance is by doing high intensity interval training, or hiit. run a block as fast as you can, and then walk the same distance.. repeat 10 or so times.
