i have asthma, so i guess i take roids all the time (??) but not the kind like this kid who used to ride with us took. eww pimples on the shoulders, and a short temper. +we all know about what happens to your pecker.

Nothing happens to your pecker. It shrinks your ********* if you take too much, because they stop producing testosterone. You ***** remains the same as it always was. It does increase your sex drive though...

liquid amino acids, whey proteins, brown rice, chicken, and the occasional DECA :YEAH . Do 70% of your maxes x12, 75 x 10, and 80 x 8 one week and then the next week do 50% x 25, 55% x 20, and 60% x 15. You have your heavy week (with suggested dumbbells) and your light multiple reps week (with the bars.) Building muscle one and cutting it up the next. And don't do repetitive stuff man, like bench one set, incline one set, etc. switch it up, it's better for your muscles.....sorry to ramble. Good luck with it. oh, don't forget to recheck max every 3 weeks....

ummm i failed math (all of it) could you put that in retard terms for me. your talkin about doin increase weight with decreased reps for one week, high weight low reps. then do lighter weight with a lot of reps the next week?
and you're saying that having a schedule is bad? or focusing on one or two muscles per day is bad?
cuz i always do like say, back and shoulders, and chest and tri's, and bi's and legs or somthing like that? should i run around and use every machine in the gym like the little kids do?
i'm no expert. please help.
