heres the thing when it comes to training the key is to keep your body guessing, ie change your routine up as you go, diet does play apart in it as well...... but injecting a forgien substance into your body isnt the right way to go about things...... everyone eventually will flat line when it comes to working out. thats were trying new things comes into play...ie not ROIDS!!!!


as for the olympics are you taking about the weight lifters or just athletes in general?

the Mr. Olympia. It's the top bodybuilding show. I agree with you. I could get bigger if I"d just eat more, then cut weight, but I don't wanna get fat at all as I'm doing it. My bf is at just over 6%. and I'd kind of like to keep it that way..

i have 5 years experiance being a pressional trainer
i have 5 years of being a nutrionist

its not a little piece of paper its a big peice!!!!

obviously you dont read any of the Health journals.... men fitness is not on im talking professional journals

not to mention i kickboxer, im a gymnist, a professioal cheerleader i do more then just read books. I'm the one that is studing this.

Eat alot of protien thats it. So if I eat 440 grams of protien thats 2xlbs my body wieght i'm going to grow. I find that hard to believe cause thats only 1760 cal's. You should know this of all people your a nutritionist. You need carbs from fibers, starch's, sugars after you work out, and heathly fats. And lots of water. If you want to grow your cal intake has to be pretty high. And if you want to keep your bf in check make sure the foods clean. And I was not judging you, I'm glad you got fake boobie's and that every other girl out there gets them to so there not so dam insecure. What I'm trying to get arcoss is, that every guy loves that you got fake *****, but when you talk about juicing its nasty or cheating. Its all the same your making your body look better.

okay.... i miss read that.... believe it or not i know to of them that are natural, howver as for the other probobly not......6% body fat?.... wow

I had a great work out last night:
9:30 pop a Endorthil-CR and BCAA (Amino Acids) http://www.endothil.com/
10-10:20 run at 7.8 mph
10:20-10:25 – walk off at 5 mph
10:28 – start the PAIN

10:30 tied 40 lbs of chains and weights to my legs for my leg lifts,
I do 1 set of leg lifts followed by a set of crunches with 20lbs on my chest. After I do my crunches I stand up and hold on to 30lbs in each arm and bend over sideways to work the obliques!!! After that I grab my Olympic bar and do spin sideways really strechin the obliques. This is one complete set and I do not rest in-between exercises, I do 4 full sets like this than I usually do my last set and double the reps with no weight. Gotta love the 6 pac…

11:15 – double scoop of some cookies and cream mixed with a banana and milk in the smoothie machine!!!

Now that’s how I roll…

I believe it. I have a handful of buddies that compete, and they're clean. But I'm talking about at the pro level.

When I use a lot of weight on abs, I get bulky. Does that really work for you?

You know two olympia bodybuiders that are natural. Now I'm calling you out. Pleae name them, hold on you can't becasue your not allowed to say who you know. You can't complete at that level wit out juice, gh, insulin and other high amounts of drugs. And there not 6% bf, your right, there lower then that, those pro's walk on stage at 3% or lower. Some of them don't go above 10% when there bulking. I thought you had some brains before this post, but i was wrong....

Man you guys have chains at your gym. How do you like them? I been wanting to try that method, all i hear is postive stuff about that style.

I did almost a full year of doing 500+ sit ups a night... no more will i do that, i did not see any results from that. iv been doing high intensity abs excersizes like this for about a full year now and DAMN they are really showing. ill prolly tone it down a bit in another 6 months. I work my core and back out the hardest tho.
