yes, get rid of the fuel injection and bolt some carbs on the bike

Can't just bypass the ECU, the reason there is a ECU is because the bike is fuel injected, and it since it has a ecu im sure the ecu also controls the ignition timing, and I'm sure it controls more

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!!!

it blew AGAIN!

1. put the new head gasket in
2. finally put her back together (after fixing a buncha FI codes except #23)
3. sounds fine
4. as soon as i exit driveway, sounds like it's running on 2-3 cylinders
5. ride it a 100ft, i look back and a ton of smoke is shooting out the exhaust.
6. i though w/e, it's from the airbox or sum ****, but the smoking did not stop.
7. another 100ft back to the house...5 feet from my driveway, i hear what sounded like a chain falling off a sprocket, so i turn her off and push it the other 5ft.
8. tried to fire her up, SEIZED!!!!!

i'm FUCKED...right? woohoo!

my homy sal came over, big dude weighing in @ 350lbs.

he asked if i had a long breaker bar, 4-foot 1/4" thick pole.

with the bike on the 12 bar, put that pipe around a half inch driver, on the clutch lock-nut, once twist, and walla, PISTONS ******* MOVED!

he went for a 2nd spin and broke by outter clutch cause i had vice grips connected to it...which i had an extra one.

read to break it in.

anyway, put everything back together, fired it up, let it warm up to 120, and took it for a spin, i rode it for 100feet, if don't give it gas, it does, and the whole time it runs/sounds like its running on 3 cyclinders.

my guess...i didn't install a new head gasket, so i got that on the way.

any other ideas before i put this bitch back together...again

i cant even believe what im reading if it took that much force to turn the motor over you clearly had an obstruction , had you taken it apart to see what it was you probably would have a running motor right now but instead you fucked your **** up ...

lol ^^ true dat...f4is, i get along with, their motors, not so much...if i didn't have so much custom parts and a clean frame on this bike, I would light the cursed son of a bitch on fire and post the video on here.

p.s. the motor was spinning freely/normal after i broke it loose with the breaker bar.

whats tripping me out is where the **** the oil/smoke was coming from...blown rings? but why how?!

sorry didnt mean to be a dick i was just surprised to see you didnt check to see why the motor wouldnt turn over ...

as far as the smoke goes you may have cracked a piston or some thing while forcing it to turn over

Re: f4i engine rebuild...seized AGAIN?!

take that **** back to the guy that rebuilt it. he fucked something up and needs to fix it.

no way a motor should blow after a rebuild...even if it sat for a year.

Re: f4i engine rebuild...seized AGAIN?!

**** you could have even cracked a cylinder by using a breaker bar to turn it over if there was a nut or a bolt dropped in the motor
