Will the 05-06 600rr engine fit right into a 03-04 600rr frame and swingarm? in not what mods to do you have to do.

yep, i think the exhausts are differant because the subframes are a little differant. ive help my buddy swap 3 motors on his RR 2 were 05-06 and 1 was a 03-04 motor into an 03-04 frame. so i would say use the 03-04 full exhaust on the 05-06 motor. and im pretty sure we had to swap a couple sensors from the 03-04 engine onto the 05-06 so the wiring harness would plug in.after the second motor swap i figuered out it was easier to take the swingarm off the frame rather then dropping the frame and swingarm over the motor, basiclly took the entire bike apart lol.

 

like ethiopian said ... we had to use the 03-04 throttle bodys and air box. and some sensors dont remember which ones .. but if you look at them you will figure it out...
