where is the t valve located

 

did you read any of the thread ????? go to the first page and there is a picture and directions on how to do this mod ....the t valve is the thing all the hoses are connected to

 

k sorry that t valve was the only thing not labeled on the pic... that being said i dont know what part is what on t valve... hose 3 is supposed to go to bottom of t valve?? unplug hose 1 n 2 from t valve then plug them back in??

Does anyones bike make any noise when they turn the bike off. Its like a very soft horn like noies or something... it does it after i did the air mod.

 

After removing hose 1 and 2, do you leave the valve open? remove it? Im kinda lost here

Yep, did the mod today and got the exact same noise...

 

as long as you disabled the clean air valve i wouldn't worry about that noise , it's probably just the vacuum leaking out through the reed valves , next time you here the noise open your oil filler cap and see if it stops ..

p.s it's ok if there is a vacuum in your crankcase but you don't want pressure , note when removing cap if it sucks in air or blows out air

alright man my apologies for over reacting... i might have been faded on that last post as well as sufferring from migraine from reading many pages of this thread....maybe that explains my attitude but other than that you got me comepletely wrong... im no *****...like i said before i appreciate whatever knowledge you share...

 

to be honest i get pretty short with people when it comes to this mod..

there are a **** load of threads about it and i have answered the same questions over and over again and explained why it works over and over again..

in almost every clean air mod thread there are people who don't read the thread asking repeat questions and then there are people that haven't even done the mod to there bike but are in the thread saying it doesn't work when i know it does work and will save people from blowing up there bikes in a simple crash...

the thing i need to remember is not every one has read all of those other threads so they have no idea that i have seen almost every question they are asking before...

 

oh and if you get a headache reading ten pages maybe you need glasses
