For the record my girl just did a paper on aspergers......odds are Kelm does not have it.....if he did he would likely avoid social situations.......instead of being the attention ***** that he is......Kelm quit hiding behind that BS excuse and be a man......honestly you need your *** kicked until you can pull your head out of it!!

Out of curiosity, why dont you file a dispute on paypal? They should refund your money..
Also I dont like cops but you could always call them, i believe its wire fraud or some crap im no lawyer thats why you call one.
You could also settle in Small claims court, cost you 80 bucks all of which the loser has to pay back.
