kelm i usually try to look at it form both side but u just plain out fucked this guy..u even said here u would refund him his money...and you outta any person u always talk about being fucked by other roommates...so instead of manning up and just giving this guy his money back your gonna **** him just like other ppl did to you....way to go

+1 million on that. He even let me know he had no job and his parents were going to pay and that's why he could hook me up at around $400 everything included. After all that happened I even sent an E-mail to the Paypal account he gave me's address, it was Supposedly his dad's paypal account so i sent him A message to see if his dad knew he was screwing me over. I still have the e-mail. I got no response, so I am guessing it was actually his paypal and his parents know nothing of this. Most likely he spent the cash on parts, I don't know. He even seemed like A good kid when I talked to him and I thought he just got ripped on for being some what of A tool but after this, I got no respect for the kid and pretty sure he will never pay me. It was just A bad idea from the start to trust him...Sucks.

our house would be on the right, but you dipped out and i had already had a veberal agreement with the landlord and the moment u sent the deposit, i gave it to her she had three other people looking at it. 2 bed room townhouses cost $1300+ normally here, I got a DEAL. i signed the lease on move in, cause if i didn't i wouldnt get any deposit back and not only would u have fucked me over, ud have fucked urself over.... i said July, STOP talking ****.

but yes I live in a two bedroom townhouse for $1000 a month with an empty bedroom that was supposed to be yours. simple as that.

verbal agreement with Landlord,
put deposits on all the utilties, without asking him for a $,
Then on move in and signed the lease paid first months rent.

You actually asked me to put the Utilities in my name. I called and had everything set up in my name like we talked about almost a month prior. I called and canceled once I was offered the managers job. No problems canceling because it was far enough from the move in date that it did not matter. You forget to include these parts of the story kelm. remember telling me you have bad credit and me saying I had good credit so we decided to put it in my name? I helped in any way I could because you were going to hook it up and I appreciated that very much as I told you on several occasions. We were both helping each other out and everything seemed fine till I called and let you know I was offered the job. Then you got all pissed off and kept my money instead of doing the right thing and just sending it back. I even told you I got ripped off on that POS 636 with the engine problems and as you even said told you about all my debt. Explaining I could not afford to lose $650 just because you wanted A nice condo...I explained it all to you and you did not care. Then I even gave you the benefit of the doubt to pay me in a few months. Its been 6 months and nothing. What does that say? It says you were not planning on paying me back at all dude. also in 6 months, At the price you were pitching..I am sure someone would have moved in. But your lazy and prob never did much to try and get someone to move it. am I right? Who knows but the fact of the matter is 6 months later and nothing. That's why I post this **** up dude. I'm sick of people screwing me over.
