how big a sprocket are you putting on there?

 

I have the same question, I am staying stock front and going with a 60th rear sprocket on a 03 636.. what length chain is needed?

 

buy a 120 and cut it. Look up some vids on it before you try, or youll be pieceing your chain back together. lol. Adjust your axle to the middle, or towards the front a bit, wrap the chain around, see where you gotta cut. easy as that. If u dont have the breaker you can just grind the outside of the rivet and pop it out with a punch. Use a new clip link, should come with the chain, and your all set.
