One of these day's I'll get a handbrake. Once I get no handed tricks, just can't seem to let go of that other DAMN HAND!!!

Soon lol... soon.

I'll post vids later on today!

Sportmax and I were both working on spreaders last night. He did his first Hi Chair! Lol.
Giving him **** of course, we told him it looked more like a LOW CHAIR.

And our group (3 of us consistantly) made mad progress last night...

I think it was taking a week off, but every each and one of us got Idle last night!

Sportmax has been there a few times before, but last night it looked much more relaxed. Flipping his bars has made him much more confident and controlled. Our other buddy "Sprocket" was also holding it more controlled... as he normally just slaps it to his bar. And as for me, it was the first time I caught idle. Throttle shut off and all. WOOT!

I think it was because we were in a different lot with crappy pavement, and I had to keep compensating for these repair patches... and because iIwas so busy with that, I wasn't using the brake like normal. Next thing I know, I had made like 10 passes with only using the brake to catch it on the way up... the rest was all throttle. (not my norm)

So kept focus on just throttle control, let it dip back, and rolled it off... kept coasting... throttle all the way at the stop, and no brake. Would come foreward a bit, and a light blip put it back up. The idle would just pull me along.

I couldn't keep it at idle for more than a few seconds at a time, then I'd go back to lameness, and start adding speed every time it dipped forward. lol. But it was a good taste, and definately has a different feel than my normal throttle/brake ones.

Now, by no means are we graceful or controlled with it yet, but it was a nice feeling to finally get there. Funny thing is, my bike actually further forward than most of my wheelies when I'm on the brake.

So yeah. I think as a group, we're all at about the same spot, and at a nice event horizen where a lot more tricks will be open to us soon.

And Warguy... we still hate you!!!

Re: Dumping the clutch

Congratulations man! I made a lot of progress this weekend too. I finally got the sit down no hander, and have it on lock after a few hours practicing it. Plus I started doing sit down recon circles, this weekend I'll try to get a camera and post up some video. Can't wait to see some video from you guys too.

Re: Dumping the clutch

Well, looking at the vids, we're less than impressive lol. I think the consensus last night was we weren't going to video... then we all started kicking ***, and decided to recorded. By the time we finally got the cam out, I think most of us were getting frazzled and spent.

Here's a bit of our evening.

Nice man... hope you guys are liking that spot. It's been good to me... haven't had any trouble there. When are you guys going next?

Edit: Do you know anyone that has an F4i MAP Sensor and/or a 929/954 Front Fender?

Thank you very much for use of your spot! We coned a section off to keep it a bit more organized, and met the guy who runs the warehouse there. Said it was cool.

The spot is definitely doing us justice. It's nowhere near smooth, and I don't think there's a level spot within 2 city blocks lol... so it's kinda forcing us to commit. Which is why all of us progressed i think, we were too busy focusing on different things than normal.

I'll talk to Sportmax... I think we're planning on Thu or Fri. At this point, we're not showing anyone past me, Sportmax and Sprocket your spot. Keeping as low key as possible. Spots are too frigging hard to find. I know, spent last week looking.

I'll keep my ear to the ground on the map and fender. Tried Steels? Man, I miss the D.U.M.P. sometimes.

Well, thanks again, and other than that, come out and show us how it's done!
