Some people say you need to dump the clutch, others say you dont...(I'm talking about 1st gear wheelies from a stop)

to do a true spot wheelie you have to use the clutch.if you're talking about rolling out a few feet and bring'n her up on power a pizza pan sprocket should do the trick.do yourself a favor learn how to clutch up a wheelie you will save yourself tons of aggrevation as your skills progress

Dude how long have you been riding, a month? Don't worry about wheeling until you know how to ride. From a stop you must use the clutch, you should not even be thinking about doing a wheelie from a stop before you learn to ride first!

the sooner you'll figure it out, the sooner you'll try, the sooner you'll have to donate your crashed F4i to ME! So just mellow, fr0ng... :D

Talking Yes

It is possible to get it up i ride an f4i in first gear if you are rolling do about 20-25mph or 5000-6000rpm. let off the gas while pushing the front down wait about 1/2 sec then give it some gas and pull up depending on how hard you pull up and how much gas you give it depends on how fast it comes up if you dont want to pull up just push the front down and let off then wait the half sec and give it gas and hold it. it will come up
