i dunno if i just have astonishing luck or what but i kick *** everytime in court...for ex. when i was 16 i totalled my truck and left the scene went home (trashed by the way... trasheddd) at about 3 a.m. at 7 a.m. they cops were at my house and me still wasted swung the door open to 3 state troopers... ended up gettin underage consumption/ DUI/leaving the scene/ failure to contact police/ NO INSURANCE / unregistered vehicle/ reckless driving/ and couple others charges..... got the "public pretender" and got away with $25.00 fine and Defensive driving course..... lmao total like 100 bucks...

thats just one occasion theres so many more my files are THICK

sorry guys. gf rushed me outta the house.

but yeah, i went in there and sat from 730 till about 9.. =[ then the DA called me up (i still had no lawyer) she gave me a plea of 8 hours DD course, i turned it down and asked for MSF/learntoride.org class. she said she will consider it.

then i saw my arresting officer at the door in plain clothes. i was in a good mood so i told him i'm pleading guilty and that he could go home, he was thankful so he told the DA to give me 4 hours comm service.

she took that to the judge's assistant guy and he said the judge wont take that. so after 45 minutes of flirting with her (about 26 y/o 5'6'' tanned brunette with highlights) she talked to the public defender and they decided they couldn't do anything for me and since i was so nice that she would drop my case, but she told me out in the hallway that she is doing this and not to screw her over, if i get caught doing anything in the next 12 months it comes back on her.

well sounds like you got pretty lucky...but congrats on getting it dropped.
