ok i need some tips on stoppie setup for a 2003 zx6rr (completely stunted out)
**I HAVE USED THE SEARCH** BEEN SEARCHING HERE AND THE WEB FOR A WEEK, so any help, advice, or tips would be appriciated.

ok so 1st off i just put brand new Rach Tech front springs, 7w fork oil filled each to 450cc (maybe a lil more), brand new seals, and a brand new Rach Tech Rear Spring, when we put em on we set the Rider Sag to 30mm.

So i need some clearification on the following

Front Preload... How many lines showing?
Front Compression... Hard or Soft (how many clicks?)
Front Rebound..... Soft or Hard (how many clicks?)

P.S. I do alot of stoppies, but also wheelies

Rear Preload (set to my weight... 200 lbs)
Rear compression.... Hard or Soft? Number of clicks?
Rear Rebound... Hard or Soft? how many clicks?

1st i set it to the Bill D set up which is full soft with on click back on compression and full hard on rebound backed off on click, my fist attempt with these settings they came up good, and front dove pretty quick...

BUT NOW im running a different setup found on here which is: full stiff on compression and rebound on full soft turned back one click, preload is showing 3 lines, had it at 2 but i felt weird like it was bottoming out....

ALSO can anyone explain the effect of Adjusting Compression, Rebound and Preload, i searched this to but ALL articles i found are to technical lol, need a down to earth explaination. lol. thx all in advance
