What up fellas,
Well, I finally rode one out in the staggered position!! I really didn't even mean too pull the front up the high however, that makes it even better that I didn't chop the throttle. I was out on Friday afternnoon, almost home when these high school ********* were acting up beside me,,thought they were fast in thier little civic. Now, you guys know me,,,I'm a true to the bone motorhead, I KNOW when something is fast or when some jerk offs just throw on a used muffler and cruise around like thier Vin Frickin Diesel. Plus, unlike H.S. kids they weren't trying to egg me on. They honestly thought they were fast. So I wanted to give em a little lesson on the subject of fast. So I put my left foot on the rear peg (not standing, but my weight was all on my feet so my azz was just hovering over the seat. Slipped the clutch and bingo!! Nice and smooth, and it felt like I had all the time in the world to rool off the throttle, that was nice. Rode it out for about 200-300 yards and set her down. I was so Fuggin Pumped!!! I was going to stay out for another hour but as I passed my house I noticed a motorcycle Cop hanging out on the greenbelt, well fellas a man must have honor. I knew there would be NO WAY my wife would see him and she would definatly get a ticket (she being a bigger lead foot than me) So, I had to sacrifice staying out for another hour so I could catch her coming home and warn her,,, needless to say I didn't get any more practice in but I was a hero to my wife for the rest of the night. And that is a good thing.
I hope you guys all had a great weekend. I sure did!!!

Well i dunno, riding out second sitdowns is tricky. I can't believe how high the bp is. This is from clutching em up at 30 or so. Gotta be like 11:45 or at least it feels like it. I don't really feel to comfortable riding em out like this though. I'll give it some time and see how well i can get at controlling them. Now i can ride second gear sitdown under the bp..... and just keep throttling it up for a while.
Edit: Dont lie FHL

i didnt ride teh past few days cause my bike is officially crunchy now, powers cage saved tons of money, no head light cause thetabs broke off, front fairing was cracked but since i HATE, DESPISE no front fairings, so i melted em back together, and am gonna run fog lights as headlights. zip ties to match the bike like a **** hahahah, my tail cracked off from when a buddy endoed it and broke it, now its off, time to get a 12 bar and rig up a light/brake light :YEAH oh well, i dont care what it looks liek as long as there is no "real" damage. ****, i got liek 57 payments left to go to LOL time to start saving to pay it off, but then again, thats what allstate is for!

It seems like every breakthrough I made just happened kinda out of the blue. The first stander I rode out, the first time I rode BP for a while, and the first time I rode it until I didn't want to anymore. Every one of these things happened when I wasn't planning on it happening I just got "lucky" but I didn't think I was good enough to do whatever it was at the time I did it. After I did though it stuck with me with only some minor regression here and there and some inconsistency.Hopefully you'll remember what you did next time and repeat

I finally made it back to Florida, and I finally have a little bit of space on the web.

Re: CBR 954rr Wheelie tips
Diggin up an old thread looks like, but im new to stunts and forum and a google search brought me here. Seemed like a good place to introduce myself.
Just got a 954 mabye a month ago. Coming off a Katana, so its a bit of a jump to say the least and im freggin lovin it. Only stunts i was able to squeeze out of my kat was to stand up, either on pegs or seat depending on how smooth the road was and ride it out till about 20mph or so, but that bike was stupid stable. Cant quite do that on the 954 yet, its a bit on the squirrly side and im not used to it just yet.
Anyway, reason I picked this post. Rode home from work this morning, and without a backpack for the first time in a while since semester just ended and went out to play a bit. A littile knee draggin on some of my favorite roads and just for giggles, i tried to wheelie when i had a good stretch. Managed to clutch up first several times, serious rush. Doesnt even compare to dirtbikes i used to ride. Started off at around 20, slip the clutch, pound the throttle and release all one smooth motion. Started working upwards in speed and hit BP once at around 40 and nearly shat myself. Cant wait till this weekend. Im taking monday off just cause i can and i fully intend for go out and play for a while.
