JB YOUR PROBLEM IS YOU DONT LIVE CLOSER TO ME SO YOU DONT HAVE VIP ACCESS TO MY SPARE PARTS FOR DIAGNOSTIC REASONS!!!

i have nothing to offer you except a shoulder to cry on, if i had to guess id say check throttle bodies for any obvious obstruction or tps sensor goin bad. try other throttle bodies

check the valve timming it could have jumped when you removed the tensioner. you should always have the engine at tdc when servicing the tensioner or timming chain.
