636 cutting out, not pulling hard on idle

ok, so i put a new cam chain tensioner in and did a few other things like clean the throttle bodies and changed spark plugs. but anyways its cutting out some and not pulling hard on idle, i guess u could so it doesnt have the power on idle it should. i have triple checked any vacuum leak situation and all electric plugs too. so what the **** is it im ****** pissed as ****. give me ideas. oh yea its a 03-04

its not to tight, i didnt tighten it with a wrench or anything, plus this would not cause it to have a slight miss, to tight causes other probs. i have spoke with people that have done them thereselfs also to confirm my method.

it may be to tight but i have never pulled the valve cover to put one on

just tighten it up with your hand. if anything try to get a new harness. i always just replace the harness when my **** starts to do anything like turn off
