ok well thats good at least you know the tranny isn't toast so it is probably either some thing just stuck like you said or some thing stupid that just got over looked...

thats what i am hoping. i even went and bought a torque wrench just to tighten those 5 bolts. i did everything like the manual said and had my buddy check all my work. we'll find out in hour.
if you see a busted *** bike in the classifieds you'll know it didnt work. lol

yea its the right size, its the one that came out of the motor.
i can feel the pressure plate pulling of just fine but the plate wont seperate. i dont know what the **** it could be.
