I did read thanks. I already did this mod. However now I'm no longer running full fairings, and I was hoping to find the jumper harness so I don't have to splice the red and green together on the main harness.

Re: F4i Tip Over Sensor Help

It has nothing to do with tip sensor as long it allows your fuel prime and start up , you might want check your fuel regualtor or tps.

maybe you have too much gas on the top of head....so maybe thats why it runs like 2 or 3 cylinder.

Flood gas???? i noticed on the bottom back of the air box there are two prongs that it looks like the two hoses should dtick on, but the one on the left (clutch) side can go onto the map sensor, and plugged it into there it does run diffferent better or worse not sure, but doing that did nothing for the fact that it is turning of in even the lowest stoppie WTF i am so lost, i have never had this before, ANYONE HELP i greatley appreciate,

Re: F4i Tip Over Sensor Help

At what stage in a wheelie BP or is it higher that you need to cut out the tip over sensor?

Re: F4i Tip Over Sensor Help

[quote=suicidl;1883487]if you are not running headlights or no front harness just cut the red and the greeen on oposite sides of the plug that goes to the front harness and put them together

If the front harness is not connected then why would it matter if you jump the 2 wires because the tip sensor is disconnected anyways?? is it because those 2 wires are power for the fuel pump or what?

Re: F4i Tip Over Sensor Help

Never Mind I figured it out.

If you ride with the gauge cluster then you have to cut it at the tip over sensor and connect the red and green together.

But if you ride with no gauge cluster (no front harness) then you have to connect the wires together at the front grey harness or otherwise the bike wont start. When you turn the key there will be nothing.

here are some pics of the way I did it at the front grey harness because I ride without the gauges.

You have to copleatly stand the bike on it's tail or side for it to cut the bike off. I have scaped a stock F4i for days and will not shut down. You only have to for real stunt'n.
