im just strongly considering VCU, not 100% im gonna go there.
and true that, VA is a very uptight state.
im not gonna carry a weapon on me untill im 21 ofcourse, but im gonna have my dad purchases me a gun under his license to practice with at the range.

but i dont understand why its labled an s&w, when its a tangfolio and not a Smith and Wesson.

your spelling was correct if you are talking about a channel or something similar http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mare_Island_Strait , but you were talking about straight, as in a direction.

Im thinking about buying a 9mm myself. Does anyone have any suggestions for something that would not be too expensive?

Re: Your favorite 9mm

I had a Hi Point and it was a hell of a gun for $139. It never jammed and was decently accurate for range shooting. It's nothing compared to my 1911 but they are a great gun for the money.

Primarily for target shooting, but a mag will probably be kept loaded (out of the weapon) just in case. That looks like a decent gun. I was looking at a few glocks, just dont want to drop $400+ right now.
