So I haven't bothered telling anyone around me cuz they all suck at being supportive and usually make it more difficult.......but I was looking at my gums yesterday in the shower and decided I have to quit dipping......it's been about 35 hours since my last lipper......this **** sucks ***** man.......I want to rip my skin off I'm so uncomfortable.......and for no reason my throat hurts......

Just think about how much you enjoy chewing solid food should help get you through the day.
