i have been saving any emails between me and them and me and his other family members since 2006, i have the proof...i don't think he thinks i could be that smart/psycho depending on how you look at it HA! oh well, looks like it's going to save me on this one for the past couple of days i was under the impression that he wasn't fighting for custody, when i show up this morning my lawyer said that he is in fact fighting for custody and he has witnesses to testify against me....WTF. his witnesses were some kid (literally, this kid looked like a teenager) that i have never seen before, mike said it was his neighbor and he met him when we dropped the kids off last month, and amy's sister...which i've maybe spoke 50 words my whole life too...so it's pretty much his word against my actual proof. what a dummy
