http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Q_KFC5AQQs this is the exercise i try to do every night before bed. i do 30 reps on each leg, along with another exercise...i can't find a video on it. i do it without the joyband or whatever that thing is called. i don't use anything while doing it. it has really helped out my thighs and my ***. ... big time

phone recruiter setting up appts to sell insurance or to set up appts for jobs. Either way its gonna suck lol. Phone sales sucks ***. I did it for years and did it in the insurance field too - hated every second of it but i also wasnt getting paid to do it - would only get paid on closed deals so hopefully it wont be as bad for you
