I prefer it plain. Steamed broccoli has always been my favorite veggie but it's gotta be steamed well until it's almost mushy. I don't care for it if it's still crunchy.

the one on the right is my friends wife. the other 2 are their friends, who wore the costumes in a bunch of vegas casinos as a joke. people were coming up to them and petting them and asking if they were sex freaks or something

yes research has confirmed that when Aspartame is digested, the methyl-ester bond does indeed break down into methanol (or wood alcohol), which then further degrades into formaldehyde. Both of these substances can be toxic in high doses. But you'd have to drink 600 cans of diet soda to get as much of either substance as is contained in a single ORANGE.

Bottom-line is Aspartame is the single-most studied and clinically tested sweetener available. And not one study has linked it to any harmful effects. Sugar is much worse for you.
what if i've been drinking it since i was in 6th grade

shower door is coming on saturday mike.....they dropped it at the place they made it and it shattered. also, george said he'll type something up saying what's wrong with the roof and put an estimate. he said just by looking at it you can tell the wind made the roof raise?
