Bought my wife a new rack *PICS*
Re: Bought my wife a new rack *PICS*
6 pack is tough because so much of it is diet ... i have ripped abs but they are not real visible - i tear up the hanging leg raises, like 100 reps every 3 days ... but i don't want any lower % of body fat so they will never really be visible ...
all those bodybuilders and models and **** with ripped abs have dangerously low bf % imo

Re: Bought my wife a new rack *PICS*

it works, your friend that suggested it is right ... honestly i've never suggested it because i thought it would be too overwhelming ... it's intense and you have to stick with it so i figured a few months of getting in shape and easing into exercising would be better for you

Damn son I thought I was skinny when I was your age......I was 6'4" 185-190......and I ate everything in sight.......it took me till 25 to break 200......now I'm 225......you can either get all psycho about it and eat like 10 times a day......or just wait till your metabolism slows down......I just waited!!
Re: Bought my wife a new rack *PICS*
i'm naturally skinny as well, i just became very insulin sensitive from improperly dieting for wrestling in high school ...
if you are trying to bulk up you need a lot of good calories, animal protein, good carbs like oatmeal, lots of healthy fat like coconut and olive oil, cook with real butter, extra fruits and veggies, snack on nuts and dairy. eat, eat, eat and then eat some more. if you really want to kick the gain in do GOMAD (gallon of milk a day) for one month.
despite any of that you will just get fat and sloppy if you aren't giving your body a reason to grow - which is were lifting heavy comes in
Re: Bought my wife a new rack *PICS*

very simple, eat big and lift heavy things ... no need for supplements or other crap

I seem to hear this a lot. A few of my friends have problems from messing with their weight to wrestle different catagories in high school and college.
