Agreed
Especially being so young

There are lots of different types of manholes. if your cesspool is under a parking lot because you dont have a backyard, you need to put a manhole cover over it.
Re: Bought my wife a new rack *PICS*
Here are a few exercises you can do at home ...
1.) sumo squats - start without weight, like 3 sets of 15-20 reps ...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hTQrd...eature=related
2.) step ups with knee raise, you can use anything to step up - chair, bench, table, whatever ...

Pilate's style leg movements will help too, like side leg raises ....

here is what i do already for my leg raises...i lay on my side and raise my leg...10x. then i do the step up thing...BUT i do it laying down. does that make sense? anyway, i do that 10x. then i do a raise leg/step up combo...all laying down, 10x. then i do the step up again 10x, and then the raise my leg 10x. then i flip over and do it to the other leg.

Maybe I should clarify. A cesspool by definition is "a covered hole or pit for receiving drainage or sewage, as from a house" On second thought, never mind. I'm not stupid, I should have just framed my question differently but the more I think about it, it doesn't even matter.
Re: Bought my wife a new rack *PICS*
My wife would use one of those stability ***** between her lower leg/ankle area and then squeeze the ball and raise it off the floor while lying on her back. It really works the heck out of your inner thighs. I can give you mroe detail on this exercise if you want. I have it in one of my work out books, I would just type it out the way it's written.

i have stupid questions too sometimes Re: Bought my wife a new rack *PICS*
To work your inner thigh you would want to do exercises that require less hip movement with minimum-moderate resistance and higher reps. That way you can prevent bulk and tone instead.

This is very similar to what I am talking about try this:

The only problem you may have is that it requires some work out equipment and I'm not sure what you have already or if you belong to a gym.

when doing the squats you want to look up and keep your back arched with your butt down ... I posted the vids so you could see the proper form ... yes the step ups will help
