Scott answered this question perfectly about dieting so check out his post.

For exercise, I go to the gym every weekday at 5 am for 1 hour. I start out with 20 minutes of cardio (I change up the machines I use). Then I 30 minutes of lifting weights (I vary the exercise and body part but follow a system). Then I spend 10 minutes on my abs. I work my abs every day because I think it helps me work out and feel better when my core is strong.
Sometimes I will go to the gym on the weekend too if I am bored or feel too sedentary.

follow weight watchers. figure out how many points you should be eating and how many she should and it will help you both out! i swear by weight watchers, it's kept me skinny for over a year now. i've always struggled with roller coaster weight. one month i could be 125, the next i'd be 145.

really? i tell mike to tell me when i start to gain because i don't notice it until it's too late. weight watchers is not a diet, it teaches you how to eat properly. it'll help you gain weight and it'll help her stay at her size.

Both of my parents are stick figures as well. But still, once i hit 30, i had to start watching how much i ate. The only exercising i do is sex and wheelies.

i'm recommending healthy food, and eating a lot of it - while you are lifting heavy weight ...

your girl should also eat the healthy foods with you - just not as much, if she gains weight too easy she should exercise genetics mean nothing btw
