that our deal was dragged on for a little while but you did come thru and i dont know who dave is maybe u have me mixed up with some one else.
and the last time i talked with ya u explained everything that happened and i really wasn't part of any of that,that made our deal go down the way it did . i jus explained my dealings with you and i'm sure u can agree with everything i wrote no hard feelings on the the **** and hope that everything is goin better for u now and to again clarify my buisness with
rocketman enterprises I DID RECIEVE MY TITLE and am very happy with my bike. but next yime if you ever decide to do this again learn from the mistakes that happened and u have my # call me . or pm me your new #

 

All i know is that i am still waiting for titles for two bikes...and a complete set of plastics that justin isnt making an effort to give me to...this has been over a month now that ive been waiting for some of these things...and it really doesnt seem like im ever going to get what i paid for..i dont know what happened in past deals i just know that i paid in full for both two of my bikes that i bought off him..but havent gotten anything that i paid for..he doesnt return phone calls..hes made plans at least 15 times or promises he was gonna take care of my stuff..and never came through..either his cell phone died..or he couldnt make it..i bought a bike that had some rash on the plastics..which i didnt care about cause i got the bike for pretty cheap..but then he told me he had someone that wanted to buy the plastics..cause my right side was mint..and left side was rashed..well the guy needed the right side off mine..so justin took my plastics off my bike...and was gonna get another set for me...this has been like 6 weeks ago..and still he says he has them..but i have yet to meet up with him...who is so busy that they cant get there customers plastics in six weeks...and i have yet to still get a title for this bike...and the other bike i bought from him...i still dont have a title to either...and this bike was paid in fulll..i have gone to the courthouse and filed paperwork already for small claims...since i do have paperwork on everything we agreed on...but its gonna take me going to court..to get what i paid for...my roomate bought a gixxer 1100 of him..and made a deal that he was he was to pay 2500 and give him his work truck..and old s10..that justin wanted...well my roomate picked up the bike..paid 2500 and was withholding thr truck untill he bought and new one and got parts fomr justin...when he bought the bike..justin said he had...a new tire for it..a new foot peg asseblamy..since the one on the bike was broke..said he had new seats..a new winsheild...and i beleive that was it..well then he came back after he was paid..and said well i found the parts..but they arent to the right bike..so he thinks that he doesnt owe him these parts..the bike was sold with the intentions that these new parts were coming with it..and now that he doesnt have then...he wants my roomates truck ...he thinks he shouldnt have to pay for these parts for him...well why should my roomate have to pay for them..he bought the bike for that price...with these parts included...does this seem right?...he hasnt gotten a single part form him..and niether have i..and he can say whatever he wants on here..but he didnt hold up his end of the bargain on any of the deals..then he trys getting upset saying i let these bikes go for cheap and im getting screwed..he sold the bikes with several promises and a agreements..none were upheld..i have paid in full for everything i bought.i dont care if he i paid him 50 cents for these bikes..if it was agreed somthing was to be done for this price..then its to be done...but now i have to take him to court just to get my stuff from him...

 

hay ther are alot of details to our deal dont put me up on the internet as some kind of punk. i will buy your friend a damn tire and peg. as far as you ther have been a couple of times we were supposed to meet and you couldnt come through. the one bike is a salvage title so that takes a while and the 929 you know the deal on that with van. so i never lied or missled you. your plastics are the only thing that didnt go right. and yes i do have them.
you still owe me for the 750 that you dont know how much you payed for.

 

Why dont you guys PM your phone numbers and square your drama away on your own??? Everyone can be a keyboard bad *** why not try it in person..... Be real and discuss the **** over with each other or drop the ****...

 

i have his phone numbers..like 4 different ones..and he doesnt answer any of them..and i have made several trips to your place and got the run around and never got any of my stuff..ive called you at least 7 times today...but still no answer..and what exactley do you think i owe you..i paid you in full for both of the bikes..i had originally withheld 200 dollars from the gixxer untill i got the title..and you had said dont worry about it if i sell the 1100 for you..even if i was gonna pay you the 200 im sure and the hell am not going to without getting my plastics and my title..cause then im just out another 200 and still will have to try and figure out how to get my stuff....and the paperwork from the court is being sent to your aunts as far as i know..thats the adress i wrote down..cause it was where you were liviing at the time.....and if you have my parts...its as simple as a phone call..saying i have your stuff...ive told you a million times..ill drive where ever i have to go to pick them up..but nope...thats not good enough.,..well im off work for the day..have my truck....and can drive anywhere i need to get my tank and plastics.....lets see if i get a phone call...ill bet you my bike i dont get them today lol

im not dropping nothing...lol..he doesnt answer phone calls...and i have filed paperwork at small claims to get my stuff..he had time to read this forum and reply..but doesnt answer a phone call
