Anyone else know this person
Had to ask...I ran into someone today that happened to know a really crooked bike dealer that i know..was wondering if anyone else happened to have the misfortune of dealing with him..not gonna name any names.. ..just wanted to give everyone a heads up..if you know him them you know..but if not let me warn you...dont buy any bikes from him..you know the saying if it looks to good to be true then its probably not...this kid lives by this saying..his bikes arent in bad shape that ive noticed..but good luck with titles...he plays all kinds of games..and you almost always have to end up sueing him from what ive found out and heard from at least 5 other poeple..so watch out for him...just wanted everyone to know so they dont get stuck in a spot like me or the others

....update on a couple things...ive heard another side of this story...and not sure what i was told by some of these other poeple was true...each person says bad things about the other so...i know that justin sold me a couple nice bikes..for really good prices...but i did go through some problems...hes clearing most of it up...ive owned my own business for about 3 years now..and i know that if a customer has problems..that i have to clear them up right away or otherwise i dont get good references...i cant say that i would not recomend anyone to not buy bikes from him..cause he does have some of the best deals around on nice bikes...it did take more time then he said..and did get the run around for a month..but things seem to be working out..if it does work out then it was worth the wait for the deals i got...and i did get a hell of a deal...this thread wasnt to give justin a bad name..was just curious if anyone else had run into problems with someone like this in the past...poeple have been getting pissed that i spoke my mind about an encounter that i had...and some **** may have been started between some poeple...jsut wanted to clear up some shiat

there was a shop in hazel park called rocketman enterprises and the had good deals on bikes and and never had any problems people always got badazz deals. the owner went to jail for cheating his books and a bunch of his customers got screwed.. what poeple didn't know is that 2 of his employees were selling blow out of the shop and that is what led to the investigation.. the city bankrupted him and closed his doors while the employees are still under investigation and made off with the owners money and and bikes people got screwed by the actions of others not the owner... he was not perfect but nevr intentionally screwed anyone..... people need to see the big picture.. i bought 2 bikes from him and never had any problems... justin you are in my prayers and i am so sorry for what happened to you.... your wife and daughters didnt deserve what happened... if people just looked into everything they would see this it is all public record... the dealership he delt with is under a fraud investigation right now....... public record.... rosenau screwed so many people out of their money,credit,and their lives... ever payed 30,000 for a gsxr750 or how about 6500.00 for a jr50....... fraud there is so much more if people would just look at whats really going on.......public court record doesnt lie does it......... he had no criminal record till the moment he delt with them........funny ha.........justin burbank is the perfect example of what happens when too many people talk crap and dont see the truth.....

ha flawless if i remember correctly you tried to screw him on a gsxr600.....but you apreciate a good deal ha.......arent you related to one of the guys that worked for him......you might have even painted that gsxr600 didnt you.........? $ 3000.00.........could be wrong though......

It's kind of funny. I ran into three guys last year at the Sunday car show at Wild Woody's. They wanted to sell me an '03 Gixxer 1000. Gave me they're card and told me they'd take my 600 on trade and give me one hell of a deal.

speaking of that shop in hazel park.. whatever happend to the shop in ferndale on Hilton between 9 mile and 10 mile? I lived there for while and reember it being there.. but the just gone..

but i do have to say...that if a few of my friends had bad encounters working with someone...and they told me..i would be gald to know about it...and no he doesnt post on the board...which is not good on his part..cause he cant defend himself about anything that is said...

was done the way it was done i know i almost got screwed on my tiltle, it took me a month to get it and he wasn't completely honest about the whole deal i found out but in the end he came thru and i got my title. so everyone
buying a bike from anyone at all should do some research be 4 buying from anyone.

so the dealer in hazel park is the crooked bike shop? never even heard of em glad he's shut down tho and his old employee's screwed em , sounds like he got what was comin to em. :YEAH

it was what happened with the employees that led him to bankruptcy and people getting screwed........... not the other way around........ people didnt start getting screwed till everything started to hit the fan........ you can bet on that...

alright i have read enogh. some of my customers did get screwed and i wish there was something i could do to fix it now. i always did people right till the guys that were working for me basically screwed me. i have done what ever i can to rectify this situation. i lost my family and my freedom because of this. carma is a bitch.
