No it's not, it just means he can't leave his moms nipple. With 60k, that's more than getting by unless you live in New York, California or Florida. If you can't make 60k work for you then you have spending problems.

True that... Chicago is very pricey. And so is Cape Cod and places up in that area, but other than that most any other place is very affordable and 60k will work just fine.
