idk if i totally agree with this one. i was coming back home from a friends house in another city, and it was effing cold so i was going a little fast to get home. wow typical i see red and blues behind me, so i pull over start taking off gear so i can actually get to my licsence. cop comes up and starts talking to me. and then starts talking about his r-1 then just tells me to slow it down and get home, he could see i was really cold. but there are some ******** cops out there, but they arent all hardasses.

Yeah, Most in my town are not complete dicks. Busted a couple tight O's in this empty movie theatre lot and seen a city cop outta the corner of my eye. I know he saw me and i just said "**** it.." busted another O and here he comes.. waves me down, i unplug my ipod and he asked what im doing. I reply just practicing on my lunch break. to my suprise i get this line, "Damn! i never seen anything like that around here. What you are doing is not considered illegal by no means. Your doing your stunts in a empty parking lot with no vehicles and your keeping it off the streets. Im not kicking you out of the lot but unless you have permission to ride the owner may not like you riding here." we just continued to BS around for about 10 minutes just talking about the bike, tricks, etc. I had a feeling i was going to get a wreckless but he was really cool about it. I guess it all depends on if you get pulled over by SuperCop with his fat head up his own *** that he cant tell the difference from ILLEGAL riding to legit riding. Since i been stunting I have made some close friends in the PD. If there a *** to me i will be a *** to them right back plan and simple. I have fought my way outta some serious tickets before just look for any small flaw you can point out to the judge and there not all corrupt. got out of a wreckless cause the dirty bastard said me, my buddy and a mustang where dragracing and speeding.. what was left off my ticket of course was my speed (which he never clocked me) so it was dismissed completely and I got the pleasure of making the cop look like a asshat infront of the court room.

Pushing ideas and ways of life on people by intimidation and/or force is terrorism. Restoring OUR RIGHTS AS AMERICANS is not terrorism. If you think about it, the police force and government can be thought of as the real terrorists, not some teenage kid named Ben riding his street bike. FTP.

Not true, you have the right to an attorney no matter what the charge is, unless you can afford your own. But who wants a public pretender anyways. I got blindsided on my felony eluding. Who wants a attorney whos paid by the same people charging you. It's a fucked system Forsure

cali only gets them for misD and felony.

its gay anyways, cus if a cop writes u a misD and the d.a. looks at it n it looks easy to beat they will have the court cite it for an infraction so that your on your own
