do not know about a phone book but i'm sure alot of bondo or glass. looks good though.

ive had a pipe welded on my f4i for about 2 years give or take . works pretty well if u ask me

What ya think,first time and i did put a needle sized hole in the upper right corner but hit a couple time and smoothed it out shouldnt leak but imma seal it before i finish the tank completly,repainted&gripped by either grip tape or surf board grip.
