Re: Occupations?
my sister has a french bulldog, is it worth the hassle of breeding them, or is more of a sidejob for you? I've been thinking of buying her one and we could split the profits.
dont do it! I know of 2 guys that went and they both said its a waste of money. Why dont you take a small percentage of that cash, and buy a bike to work on yourself, have a mechanic/bike wiz help you out and you'll learn all there is to it. Seriously, its not worth it. Over the past 3 years I've learned a shitload about working on bikes just from picking up tips from friends and doing it myself
anyways, I'm a crew supervisor for Southeast woodland, we work for the power companies in the southeast region. So basically I sit in my truck all day and type **** in on the computer. The pay is good but I ******* hate being out of town all week
I definitely agree that it is a little pricey... But I have talked to alot of people about this subject and I hear alot of story's like this. Your friend, Did he commit himself after school to look for a job? I talked to one guy that made a very good point by saying... People go to a school like MMI and expect to have a job handed to em and as they sit at home waiting for someone to call them asking if they want to work, they get pissed and give up.. You really need to apply yourself and LOOK for work when you graduate. I see NO reason why someone who graduated from MMI should be working at a mall selling shoes... That just seems ridiculous to me... I know that when I get out of school, I'm still going to be considered a "newbie" and have to start at the bottom and work my way up. Thats just the way it is... I also plan to go to a community college while I'm a mechanic for business and open my own shop.. I don't plan to just turn wrenches all my life... Unless I get lucky and land a job on a race team or something.. But my main goal is to own a business....
