umm.. some one i know has been chased 4 times.. only one cop pulled out with his cherries and didnt bother chasing.. prob cuz he was already doing close to 80 past him.. but they will defiantly chase you.. the new chargers they have are not as fast as i thought they were

they do top at at 120 a cop told my friend, and from experience 
i don't know about the chargers tho. when it comes down to it the cop will do whatever he ******* wants to. i had a state trooper chase thru traffic for miles in rush hr. i would take off and then slow down thinking he gave up, i was wrong 
that ****** would not give up that was ******* dangerous, i got away from going up the side of an on ramp that he couldn't get through

**** I agree. If the cop has got some ball size issues to compensate for they'll chase. (Whcih is 90% of em) I ride a 1000r and there isn't a cop car out there that will run with a bike if you wanna get away. Plus they're gonna need a Vette cop to run 180+. But honestly they should have a no chase law except for certified cars that have a possibility of catching a bike. The crown vic's here in KC run 135. So it must be a state thing.

just remember it's not always about speed... half the time speed will only land you on the 6 o'clock news.
Its about making maneuvers & quick decisions that the other person cant until someone either makes a mistake or gets away.

there is a do not chase law in every state... does that stop them? HELL NO!!!...
look at the article from the Maryland chase last year... big lawsuit against the cops down there for chasing a biker when the cop crashed into the family and killed them.....
