I have rode bikes most of my life...
offroad Mx, Sx , on Road ... I have a gsxr 600, Hayabusa and a Honda vfr800 and Honda CFR450R
on all these bike at some stag I have had the landing wobbles after wheelies...
I believes it all to do with the gyroscopic rotation of the front wheel...Once in the air it has slowed down in comparison to the rear wheel....therefore on landing it hits resistance with the ground.. causing it to wobble....Let me know what you think...
