Re: 2nd Gear Tank wheelies help

my 636 is geared -1+4 and i pick up tank wheelies in 2nd at about 5k rpm, goin' about 30-35mph. sit as far forward on the tank, and as much on your tail-bone as possible. not only will you not slip back into the seat when you clutch it, it gave me a stronger sense of control when the front end finally came up. but most of all, practice practice practice. if the front doesn't come up, twist the damn throttle.
