600rr fuel relay problem?? Anyone?

Ok so I threw my bike in the garage at the end of the fall last year. Never hooked it up to a charger or anything. Now that spring is near I rebuilt the whole bike. I had to charge it a little to get it to start and it ran fine at first. Now the bike will run and just shut itself down. Sometimes when you turn the key on the pump dosent prime. Could this be due to low battery voltage? Im gonna check that tonight. I just wanted to see if anyone else had the same issue. I dont want the damn thing killing on me mid wheelie you know
