cool man, I was right. Saved you from tearing into the engine. If I were you I would replace the clutch basket first, but if you have the money for a whole setup that even better, but in your first video you had the clutches out of the basket, but when you put them in in the second video it started to make noises. YOU NEED TO JUST REPLACE THE BASKET FOR SURE. Replacing the clutches if they are not bad is just wasting money though. You can get a basket on ebay for sure. Let me know how it goes.

yeah...took the basket out,looks like it has damage around it somehow,i didt see any cracks,but more like scraches around outer layer

 

Easy fix dude (not cheap cheap, but cheaper and less time than motor swap) Congrats Now keep repin the Gixxers !!!

 

still dont have another clutch,but i swiched up the plates and the noise changed,well now in third gear it tapping the loudest,when im riding,and in N its tapping but when i pull the clutch it stops..i just have to ride tomorrow
