03 R6 Crankcase REROUTE??? how do i do it? i dont really know wht it means but im guessing the tube that vents my crankcase need to b taken off the airbox and put into a catch can and then a tube going from the catch can has to b put back into the airbox...or just take the tube straight out of the airbox and leave it or put it to a catch can??? am i right and if not please let me know how to do it i dont wanna hydrolock my engine again

best thing is to block off the crankcase breather and install a breather on the valve cover, but u got the idea with the catch can but make sure u use the same size tubing for the breathing system, some people use sprite bottles n ****, u got the idea just make sure the motor can releave pressure.

 

so if i use the catch can i have to route it back to the airbox right?

 

yeah or let it over flow the catch can and pour all over the motor?

 

lol naw...i was just makin sure cause i really dont know how this works and dont wanna f it up...also should i put the tube from the crankcase on the bottom of the bottle and the tube going ot the airbox on the top of the bottle then mount the bottle horizontally with the bike so that when im in a 12 the bottle is sitting upright? if so i think i go this thing down lol thanks:YEAH
