Hell yeah! that should do it...My spreaders are good, I can slow them way down it's just controlling them when there that slow thats giving me trouble.
My highchairs are even better...it's just easier to get to the brake in that position for me
We need to hook up and ride sometime. I'm do for a trip to the beach and that chick from the strip club is still blowing up my phone

Re: 636 Crankcase Vent Solutions
I retract my previous statement AGAIN--I found oil around the front edge of the valve cover gasket. Cover was torqued to factory spec and the seal was mint--so it seems like the crankcase built up pressure and pushed the oil past the valve cover seal-luckily I caught it before the motor popped any more seals. Anybody want to trade a 636 for a 600rr?
Re: 636 Crankcase Vent Solutions
for ***** ang giggle try this, dont loop the system basically capp off the breather in the back of the motor, take the big hose rout from the valve cover( you should have really welded that thing over the cam chain area as theres no oil collecting here) and put that hose into a catch bottle with a hole in top... should work like a honda. the pressures will then travel u through the cam chain area into the head... again in theory.

For now I'm going with the process of elimination...I'm opening up the crankcase breather this time stuffing 3 high density sponges and another resevoir to it. If the valve seal leaks again, it means I might need a new valve seal...

Re: 636 Crankcase Vent Solutions
take the pair valve off when you do this mod.
parts need 3' hose 1\2" i belive,one T,one 90* elbow 8-9 hose clamps and one small screw.
remove pair valve put screw in small hose that comes off pair valve so you dont have a vacume leak. cut 2 small piece of hose put the T where the pair valve was face the T towards back of bike another small piece of hose connected to the 90* so it doesnt kink then take the remaining hose and run it down the right side of the motor and connect it to the vent in the back of the motor tighten clamps on all fiting done. this mod should cost less then $15. and it works like a champ
