hey guys, got a question-i recently purchased a new (used) motor for my bike with low miles-it runs great, shifts great, BUT sometimes when you shift up from 5-6 itll go inbetween-when it does this, itll keep doing it? anyone have any ideas?

 

nah, just kick it harder. My 750 does that once in a while if I try to just tap it into 6th, especially at higher rpms under hard acceleration. Usually if I shift out of 5th around 150+ it will pop out if I don't give it a solid shove

 

no-theres no going from 5th to 6th when it does this-it goes inbetween regardless, but once inbetween itll go right up or down? its wierd-most times itll be fine, but then it goes and pulls that ****
