Whats goin on yall

im having some problems with my clutch first off it’s a 95 zx7r and it’s a hydraulic clutch for quite a while now my clutch has been getting stiffer and stiffer until finally the lever barely moves and clutch does not engage when I take off the slave cylnder the clutch lever will pull in just fine and the piston will go out but I bolt it back on and nothing works

Any advise any one could give me would be most appreciated

I just got a new set of tires not even roughed up yet and now I can’t ride
