Ok thanks... (assuming looping is droping it). Hey, how many times did you fall.. But i guess its diff on a dirtbike, u dont really care as much right? Doesn't hurt the bike, persay. I had a yz85.

Well yeah dirtbikes are DESIGNED to be bashed around. Doesn't mean you won't break stuff. I've gone my share of clutch and brake levers...
Looping the bike means when you flip it backwards.

Naw my avatar is past balance point, but not because I'm going VERY slow in that pic (1st gear like 3-5mph), balance point is much higher.
For example, if you're going like 50-60mph and pull a wheelie then bp (balance point) would be much lower, but if you're practically at a dead stop and pop it up, balance point would be practically past 11!
Still take it easy, you DON'T want to loop your minty sportbike. It'll really f*ck it up.

Stunting is an addiction. If you stay with it, your R6 WILL get that high, whether accident or not! Guaranteed!

Also, What you just said about speed, so I should go faster then If i'm starting out, because if I'm new to wheelies, don't I want the bp as low as possible?
What should I do tomorrow!?!! Switch to second and start practicing that? Or faster at 3rd for a lower bp? Or 1st like I am at 10 mph and try and hit bp higher.
I'm so confused and scared.. What do you think I should do? If I'm new to wheeling, it sounds like to me that I would want the bp low, so go faster...
Or, since I'm new I should stay slow? But then BP is higher and I risk looping it more??????

Some kids saw me trying wheelies, and were like: "hey your gettin it, keep at it, can you burn out?"
I was like, "uhhhh, no."
Embarassing, I tried, I put the clutch in the friction zone, reved it good and held the front brake. The bike just kept pushing like it was the hulk and finnaly i let go of the brake and took off, 0 spin.
There brand new tires, probally 4 miles on them if that. Could that be why?

Woops, forgot to add something. When I bring the bike up, regardless of my speed or gear it just pops up and goes strait back down. I can't keep it up. I thought i'd be able to adjust it, if I bring it up lower then bp, i thought i could give it a little gas and bring it up to bp, but it comes and goes down. No time for adjustment.

Did you make that vid!? I'd like to see that too. Seems like I have the same problems.
Also, when I try 2nd gear standups the bike just seems to lunge forward and I feel like I'm going to fall off. Is it easier to bring the front end up while going slower? Like what rpm? Speed is relative, I'm -1/+2.

I'm having the same problems. I've been riding for a couple of years and I just want to ride one out at least until I hit the rev limiter. I have a k7 and I clutch it in 2nd and only get it up about a foot or so. I don't want to power it up because I know my speed will be around 80 or 90. I know I have to get it higher but I'm not trying to loop it. I guess I have to grow some bigger ***** or change my technique.
