need help with suspension setup for stuntbike

i recently built a stuntbike out of an 01 gixer 750. i have it set up with a full front end from an 06 gsxr1000. forks, triples, wheel, and brakes. i need to know the best way to set up the front suspension for endos an slow wheelies. also need to know the same for the rear shock. how should i set the compression damping, rebound damping and preload???

the origional forks and brakes on the 750 were bad and i had just parted out an 06 1000 so i used those parts to rebuild the front end on the stunt bike. would you say that was a good move when it comes to stuntin?????

i definatly dont need a complete fork and shock rebuild right now. i pretty much just need to know what preload, compression and rebound damping settings will make it easier to learn endos and slow freestyle stunts. any advice?
