going streetfighter

so i'm planning on taking off all the plastics tomorrow...including the lights, gauges..etc..etc.

and from what i understand, if the gauges and lights aren't there, the bike won't turn on?

i already got some crocodile clips, test leads and connectors....

what do i have to do so the bike turns on? which wire goes to which?

Re: going streetfighter

Search for the f4i tip over sensor thread. Disable sensor from the headlight wiring harness or from the main harness ( if your plan to remove the headlight harness).

ya but i forgot which wire goes to which.

i remember you said something like red-to-white and something else-to-something....

but the tip over sensor trick is to join red&green.

Re: going streetfighter

installed acerbies...both high beam and low beam work fine, and the bike turns on fine.

any idea why?

because your signals (who needs them) needs the relay thats in the front harness
