stii setup... lower the rebound stiffen the compression a bit. You want the fork to compress and stick instead of bouncing up and pogo-ing.

I built my front end with 1.0 springs, 15 weight oil (2 steps heavier than stock), and had it revalved for a slower rebound.

1.0 fork springs are the trick if you are over 190 lbs.! I did the same thing and love it.
Heavier fork oil and some other little tricks help too.

There was another fork/stoppie setup thread where mr. gorka explained his set-up..........I gave it a shot and holy shyt I love it........went from 150ish to well over 200' consistently.....then I flipped one!

Hahahaha! Yeah, I started trying to get em further and I've flipped a couple! I got a good technique for getting off the bike when it happens though!

I got a good technique for minimizing the damage to the bike......well, either that or I'm good at using my body to take the impact!

I never did wreck an endo.....got a couple on the street rolling 250+ and in the lot could do 225 pretty consistently when there was enough room....then tried to push it too far too soon and wham.....ow.....***.....ow......straight to the ER!

if you don't want pogo-ing, then you want to stiffen the rebound damping; and stoppies come up easier if you lower compression damping (that also icreases the life of fork seals).
