ive only been stunting about 2-3 months... the back tires i have ran so far are a couple of 180 pilot powers and a 190 battle axe, these tires worked... and i was getting to where i could steer my slow wheelies really well, turn when ever i wanted, and it felt really good and stable. so, my circles were coming along good and i would start out turning real wide and id just creep it around slowly and tighten it up, it was working good and i was able to make it around at least once when i tightened it up. but i put this damn 180 diablo on that a buddy had laying around (i take what i can get for free) and its horrible. ive tried everything from 20psi to 5psi. it just has really stiff sidewalls that will hold the bike up even nearly flat. and when its that low it feels like its squirming all over the place... it doesn't want to go straight at all, and it just falls one way or the other. so, anyone else ever feel like this? ive tried to just work through it, but ive gone out on it 3 times now and i feel like im getting nowhere. time to ditch it

 

i have that problem... but usually only with race take offs

 

Thats because the diablo is one of the closest to race take-off for the street tire out there. I suggest hitting up your local dealer after their closed and getting some old tires with a little life left in them, sometimes you really score. I have a buddy at a dealer that hooks it up. Whenever someone with say a brand new bike comes in and wants thte tires changed out for better ones without the bike even being broken in he calls me, or when a tire has a hole but has like 90% life i use those to practice burnouts. I have 2 wheels, one that always has a high psi burnout tire and one that has a low psi good tire on it. I just change the **** at the spot if i want.

the tire is evil.....stab it 12 times in the shape of a cross and get a new one.......you could just get a new one, but you should get your anger out on the tire!!!!

I always cut mine at least once if they stop holding air before I get a chance to put 50psi in it and blow the bit(h to bits!

then again, I have anger issues!!!

 

yeAH just go do some burnouts to even out the profile...

 

but it has to be on the rev limiter in 6th gear!!!! And hold it there until you hear a loud POOF...........then the tire is ready to stunt on
