yes another handbrake questions

Has anyone ever just put a double banjo bolt on there existing rear master cylinder. And just tap on the new brake line there. Would this work ?

Re: yes another handbrake questions

think people would bother making Fittings if it was that Easy?

It will Not Work, it'd push all the fluid right into the resi and blow the lid off lol

I'm pretty sure that would do the same thing and just push the fluid back up into the rear resi and blow the top off...

think about what happens when you compress the pads by hand to take the caliper off.

Re: yes another handbrake questions

If you could fab up an inline check valve for the rear pedal line, I think the double banjo at the caliper idea would work.

But thinking about it... then all the fluid would back up and end up w/ a stuck caliper... or it would just all go up the handbrake line..

just thinkin aloud.

My save your lunch money and get fullthrottle setup... it works sweeeet and once you bolt it up and bleed it you can just forget about it.
