As far as the unemployment aspect is concerned Texas is one of the states hit the least but if you look at the construction industry.....it's a different story.

The housing industry here seems to be flourishing because all the ballers are snatching up the nice houses that have been fore-closed on and put to market at a steep discount. There's always been a lot of money in Dallas/Houston. Dallas is the corporate city while Houston is the agricultural city.

Maine is a cool state that's where my favorite author lives (Stephen King).

Ok so i got the neon diagnosed.. It was dripping when i got home, from the fuel pump area of the tank. I pull off the little cover thing, and theres gas everywhere so i cant tell where its coming from. I start touching stuff, and all of a sudden it starts pissing out fast. Teleport to the garage for the catch pan, then to the shed for pair of ramps. I had to let all the gas drain before i could start poking around in there, and i just filled the tank last night. Between becks commute and it dripping all day/night, there was only 6 gallons left, i had enough empty gas cans to handle it no problem.
So it finally runs out, and i get to look around more. I find a rubber cap hose clamped onto what seems to be a drain tube. The rubber had deteriorated and it basically fell apart when i touched it.
So i go to the good auto parts store, no luck. he doesnt have anything like that wont rot from gasoline, says only the dealer would have that. so instead of hunting down a dodge dealer that isnt closed down, then paying out my *** for little condom looking thing, im going to make my own out of fuel line and a bolt. probably for under a dollar

Yahoo maps says 9 miles, 20 minutes. There's no ******* way. Half of it is Interstate.

 

Is it gigantic? Stephen King's house is just a really old house that he's fixed up. It's big and he added on some but it's not ridiculous. He built a guest house too. There are many houses on his street owned by non-famous people that are almost as big. He does have a fence with bats on top of the posts. That's kinda cool since he's a horror writer.

its relatively big, but not for that neighborhood. there are a lot of houses in that neighborhood that'll go for well over a mil, his wont. I dont think he ever lived there
