so i just got some good mail. effective 3/1/09 (because that was around the original court date) our child support was increased to $316 a month...woooooooooooooooohoooooooooooo!

it was suppose to be over 1000....but then he got laid off a week or so before the 1st court date....it was postponed several times and then they finally said eff it and based it off his unemployment.

ok....so currently (before taking in the back pay order) he's behind 52.96. then he owes $120 a month since 3/1/09 which technically means he's $532.96 behind.
